DO NOT open your account. I had $157 come out of my account in 09/08/2019 and I went in that same day to see why, the woman I spoke with lied and said she’d talked to her manager and someone would call me back , it’s Thursday and now the manager Abby is saying that she didn’t know anything until yesterday, SHE IS LYING. They steal your money and then choose not to give it back.
I was on the phone with a member recently. The call kept disconnecting. I needed my card unlocked so I could have a place to stay. They transferred my call to a card manager who then hung up, which prevented me from getting into my hotel. I had to pay several hundred dollars elsewhere to secure alternate housing after already paying where I was. They disconnected the call at closing time without resolving the security hold on the card. I have children and had I not had backup funds we would have slept in the car overnight. I’m sorry for your tragedy, I was told, right before my call was transferred and they hung up on me without resolving a critical financial concern that was time sensitive. As soon as I am able, I am switching banks. I don’t think they hung up on purpose by any means but I really needed someone to resolve the situation with the card.
Went in at 930am and was told they open at 10am. Need to put hours vary on the web. It shows 9am open now
When I go in person everything is good,but when I leave though 😐like um, this is money, and people don’t play about their money so get it together.I should be able to enjoy my first time banking.Pick up the phone too. …
