Called this morning to inquire about opening an account. Spoke with a Yetris (Sp?), who demanded my SSN (Which I will NOT give out over the phone!), and she said, ‘Since you’re not willing to cooperate, you can call back when you’re ready’, and then hung up on me.
FWIW: It’s not possible to become a customer if you chase new customers (like I was going to be!) off.
