Do not open account with them they will charge u without telling you for monthly maintenance
I started this account with Kayla DiPetrillo she was very knowledgeable and friendly. The male manager never seems to be friendly and doesn’t like to answer questions. Some of the staff needs better training that’s for sure. Could be a better. Come on FNB!
Talked with a lady shay I think her Name was. I was promised call backs to resolve a issue that come up due to the bank and my merchant giving me incorrect information. Long story short I never received any calls backs and I called them before closing time and was ignored.
The lady shay was nice to me but I guess her bosses decided customer service dont matter. My suggestion to anyone going to this or any other branch becarful your going to be mislead. There are dozens of better banks in the area. First texas bank extraco bank. Bank of America even. Just a avoid first national bank of texas. They dont stand for you by you or anywhere around you. Your just a new account opened then they could care less after they get the credit for signing you up.
The Hispanic girl with dyed copper hair and glasses can’t even do a simple task of putting your change in the envelope when you cash a check even though they’re supposed to. Just rude and gross.
Unprofessional. Check had endorsement and still wouldn’t deposit my check. Kids these days think. They know everything.
