Familiar faces always pleasant. They will treat everyone like they have been coming to their location for years. The staff is very dedicated to the costumers. Regardless of how busy they get they all work as a team to serve everyone
I’ve been waiting about 20 minutes to deposit cash. I’d love to just deposit at the ATM, but their original ATMs from the 90s do not accept deposits. The ATMs are outdated. I’m sure they’re expensive but it would be nice to have a modern convenience. The people are nice though.
Such sweet people & fast service
This is the WORST branch!! I own a business so I’m at the bank a lot and I’ve used almost every bank in the area. This one is HORRIBLE! Be warned if you are in a hurry do NOT come to this location. I usually try to avoid this one but it is the closest one to me and every once in a while I just don’t feel like driving all out of the way. I always regret it afterwards. Today I went to the drive through since it’s supposed to be faster. When I got there there were two cars already. I pulled in and one of the cars left as I sent my money and paper in. I waited and about 2 min into my wait another car pulls in. When the car that got there after me left, it had already been over 20 min at this point, I buzzed and was ignored so I kept buzzing the call teller button and requested my money back so I could just go to another bank. They said they were already working on it. After another 7 min went by and still no receipt or change, I buzzed again. They got the lady working on it and she said it was taking long because she was confused about how I wanted the change. So all that time she was confused but instead of asking me she just had me sit there while I guess she tried to figure it out herself. I was there for almost 40 min!! In the drive through!
So done with this location. I really hope they either get more workers there so it’s not a 30+min wait even in the drive through or train them so they know to ask the customer if they have a question instead of taking 30+ min to attempt to figure it out on their own! It’s ALWAYS a long wait at that bank inside and in the drive through but today was just ridiculous!
Worst place ever. Got looked right at and couldn’t even get a deposit slip. Never have deposit slips out either
