Anti American place. I noticed a solider in line looking to get change for a couple dollars before his deployment so he could use a washing machine for him and his family. The teller would not help this solider because he was not a member. So sad…..
Employees are very rude all the way from the manager to a regular bank clerk they have no customers service skills with customers at all.
With how bad they talk to their customers & treat them made me want to no longer use them as a bank and take my money & business else where not only my personal accounts, but also my Business accounts as well so if anyone does want to use this bank I suggested to use another location. I never had any problems with any of the other location, but this one here on Lowes Blvd inside of the Walmart. Please train your employees good customers service.
opened a savings account, after noticing that I was not getting interest I called and they said you get no interest because you have a checking account. The card they gave me with my account number actually shows (SAV) indicating it is a savings account. Dont trust this so called bank.
This bank is a scam who is in cahoots with Paypal to make sure you rack up the most amount of legal overddraft fees as possible. Forget Paypal, they are just scammy. They do not see you as a customer, but as a number, just waiting to be exploited. In a paperless society this is a bad idea. When their unsustainable business practice causes the fall of the US, and the guillotines come out, this will most likely be one of the first places to go.
This place would not give me 4 dollars in change so I can use the laundry before I deploy. I clearly explained that I am in a hotel with my family and deploy soon. All I wanted was some help.
