Hands down the WORST First National Bank location I’ve ever been to. Every time I come up into the location at HEB on Stan Schlueter, it never fails to have a bad experience. Y’all slow as can be. Y’all don’t got no good customer service. Y’all got people standing around while a whole line built, 2 people helping ONE customer… Smh get it together. Y’all avoid eye contact with the customers in line to avoid attitude. But tbh y’all deserve it if you can’t look at your customers in the face and professionally say, “I’m sorry for the wait, I’ll be with you in one moment”. But none the less one good thing came out, a kind teller Juliana Jones. And Mr. Riley, sir you need an attitude check or a new face… Just saying.
Very nice staff, been to several locations around Killeen, this one is my favorite, do not go to the one on Lowes at the H.E.B there its awful, that whole place is awful. This one is very clean, staff is great, and they are fast.
We have been with 1stnb since we got stationed here in 1987. We never had any problems. They have always been helpful. Give them a try.
