I would like to thank Melinda at the Killeen Branch on the south side of town. I walked in and she greeted me with a smile and took care of my withdrawal. She was so friendly and happy. She explained to me about things the bank offered that I did not know about. She thanked me for my business and really brightened my day.
I’ve had great experiences at this bank. I had an issue lately and Amanda and Gio was an amazing help. Gio has help me numerous time in the past. I had an issue with my debit card, I had an unauthorized draft from my account. I went into this branch and they helped me right away. Everything that resolved right before I was about to go on vacation. Amanda was very patient and very professional while I was panicking. I appreciate the staff here this is amazing branch and grate help.
