Great staff friendly place Gina is amazing…mikes a jokester and Oscar the manager gave me a great deal recommend you guys come to this one feels more like home
I dealt with the folks at this location, more or less the same staff. They are awesome with customer service. They definitely have a nose for some cash. They do help operate a pawnshop. Going into why a four star? One thing is just my personal preference…overall I’d recommend it, only in the case that you have to resort to a pawnshop!
So why I buy a 59 inch tv from July 30th 2024 and now my tv light went out
This place is trash. The chubby manager with a wanna be beard is so rude and unhelpful, it’s no wonder why his employees can’t stand him, he degrades and yells at them in front of customers. Ridiculous because the Action Pawn on Ft Hood Street is SOOO much better. Top Loan across from Longbranch Park on Rancier, they are much better too. Save your time and money go somewhere else. The manager ruins the whole vibe and has set up a terrible atmosphere in there. Terrible.
Went in found a ring I really liked and went to purchase it and the lady said she would check me out in front. I waited as she completely ignored I was standing there and checked out another person. I was very disappointed as I really liked this piece of jewelry.
