I love dealing with Ez pawn. If I’m buying something I get the best deals and when I’m getting a loan they do the best they can for me and Joy is a joy to deal with.
I went here today, and had the best experience ever! I have been to some pawn shops in cove and these ladies blow them out of the water!!! Seriously. When I went in, I was promptly greeted, with big smiles! Both from Linda, who was currently with a customer, but took the time to address me. Mae did as well and called me over to the counter to help me. I brought in some items to just sell for some cash. Mae did a stupendous job from all angles! She was very friendly, and went the extra mile for me. Linda stepped in after a while to help as well! What amazing customer service these ladies have! A rare jewel of a find in a pawn shop! She too went out of her way to help out with some extra advice and did some testing for me on one of my items. The items I brought in were actually very valuable and they advised me to go to an antique shop for a better price! Wow! Looking out for me! I had another basic item that I ended up selling. Mae was quick and efficient! She made everything quick and easy! Linda and Mea are a great team! I never take the time to leave reviews…pretty sure this is my first one. I guess my age is showing! Lol So in my opinion, that should say something about this review! Thank you so much ladies! Yall were awesome! I will definitely be a returning customer!
I’ve been to this store a couple times . I always enjoy the interactions with the employees . Everyone is very friendly and kind . Especially Kellie Mae . She’s has a great attitude and always willing to help when she can . And if she doesn’t know something she never hesitates to ask for help . She is a great employee and yaw are lucky to have her apart of your team .
Love this Pawn shop!!! Very amazing ladies work here who are always super nice and friendly. Kristin and Kellie Mae are so amazing and always treat you so great.
The customer service is great here. The ladies @Ms.Linda and @Ms.Mae are excellent. You come in with legitimate items they do their best to get you the top dollar for items. I would recommend this location if you have valuable items and need top dollar for them.
