Linda Muguerza has been very helpful in getting my loan modification completed. I met her at the Saratoga Branch where she help me with the application. Worthless! Go in and tell these people someone took money out your account and they help you out to later say you need to pay them the money you tried to report and save in the first place.

Rude fake people!!!
Tellers do not follow bank procedures (rather make their own decisions than follow protocols). Straight up lie to a customer simply because they know others that bank there that they are friendly with.
Withhold debit cards from customers forcing them with ultimatums….
If I could give a negative star rating I would. Worthless bank!
