Delivery is spotty and sketchy. It looks like there is no concept of customer centric function as a priority or basic value for the organization. First should come the well- defined structure and purpose of the organization; then comes training and supervision at all levels…..what’s lacking here is quality and quantity of supervision and training of, apparently, everyone……

I have informed delivery. I also get notification thru my phone. So when it says my package is at the front door I expect it to be at the front door not in my mailbox the next day, this is the third time this has happen second time in a few months. Y’all need to get y’all stuff together because it’s getting ridiculous

Love that they shoved an envelope that says Do Not Fold into a box. It was my University diploma….it’s all torn around the edges and full of creases now. Good job.

Our regular postman has done a consistently good job but sometimes we get a substitute delivery man and you always know when he has made a delivery. My neighborhood has cluster boxes of various sizes to accommodate larger packages as well as the smaller individual boxes. On the days of delivery by the substitute driver there will be mail boxes left open, packages placed on top of mail boxes, larger package boxes left open or not locked, neighbors delivering our mail which was left in their box and us delivering mail to neighbors which was left in our box. Most recently I received a note on a redelivery slip in my box that read “1347 package look in box A is unlocked, No Key.”
First of all the box was locked so I couldn’t retrieve the package which was supposed to be in it, and second of all there are three other boxes of the same size which the postman could have put my package in which I am sure did have keys. Why didn’t he put my package in one of those boxes? Did he lose the keys to all four boxes? Is he lost and unable to find his way back to the post office? I will keep an eye out for him.

This review is not about the local post office. It is about the 800 number provided as a contact point. The 800 phone number does not give me options to complete a simple task. I was notified by USPS to renew my PO Box but cannot do so using the options provided. And it does not give me the opportunity to talk to a live person. Nor does it provide me with my local PO information or if it does it was not found by me. Needs less options and more opportunities to talk to a live person.
