5 Reviews on “Texas First Bank”
Deserves no star. I called this branch to asked about my account the person who answered the phone basically told me I had to call the branch I opened my acct with. Well this definitely ain’t no Chase or Capital One. Thinking bout closing my acct with this bank altogether
Excellent bank with detail to service and quick to follow-up concerning any questions or issues. I have been banking with TFB for 31 years now.
I did not realize that not being a customer that I couldn’t use the drive through and the bank had just closed… Joshua was kind enough to get it approved by his manager… and that customer service will have me back in to open an account soon
There are never any checking deposit slips in the Drive-Thru you always have to ask for them which makes the process take longer
Was a hassle even opening a business account. Had to go to multiple different Texas first banks to get it right. Then still received unusable debit cards. Then they limited my company to only using debit for companies that operate within the United States. That caused all kinds of problems trying to order supplies, even from Amazon. I couldn’t even walk into a grainier store and use my debit card because they sell overseas. Then today I got told I could not deposit a check because the teller said, she didn’t know me, and I needed to go to the Dickinson location to do business. I couldn’t take money out or deposit money. I don’t care if you know me or not. Well, I am on my way after some meetings to close my accounts and go to chase. Stay far away from this place if you have a legitimate need for a real bank.
