Really no stars here. The establishment is so unprofessional. I don’t know the other reviewers experiences, but I concur with the statement that the judgement of the employees could not be more off and rude. We are respected people that serve in our community, have strong Christian values, and abide by the law. My spouse brought several items to sell here and was interrogated and accused of having stolen the items! Mind you, these are items we have paid for from our pockets and with our side business taking a hit during the pandemic they were not selling so he took them to see if he would get anything at all from this shop. Once accused we took our business elsewhere and were treated with respect. The audacity of this man to treat anyone the way he does is incredulous! I don’t see this manager having much success at this location long. 😉 We don’t need this kind behavior to be represented here. We plan to spread this info of his stereotyping to every person we know in our community.
Wanted to sell an item and was told that the price they’d give was based on my pawn pickup percentage.
This should have no bearing on a sale! I went went to Texas Cash Pawn in Riveroaks and got a much better price.
Wish they had 0 star rating. I’ve never had a worse experience at a pawn shop. Place was disgusting, people were rude, workers were lazy and unknowledgable on every item that I had. Will pay you literally nothing for your items ( they wanted to pay 8% of the true gold market value, and 2% of any true value other jewlery). Absolute scammers buying from the local cra*kheads and selling to consumers. Would never recommend this place to buy or sell.
