Dealing with Joe from your establishment is absolutely dreadful. I am constantly getting the run around from him every time I make a car payment. Joe is rude, impatient and gives off an all around bad look for your company. Absolutely ridiculous!
Have never had a bad experience at this location, or any blue location, everyone here has always been extremely pleasant and helpful, and I always look forward to coming in here!
I have been using this branch of Blue since the day they opened (before it was even called blue) I am so pleased with the service I receive there. From personal banking to business banking to loans. They always bring their “A” game. I highly recommend this branch/company.
Not sure why people are complaining so much about this location. Went in today and everybody was super friendly and the service was super fast. Love Blue FCU!
People purchasing a vehicle from me went through Blue. Terrible service, wouldn’t get back to them and when it came down to it, didn’t provide the loan in good faith. They required the seller to bring the title in before doing any sort of loan. I will never deal with Blue FCU again for my bank or with any one using Blue FCU when it comes to buying and selling privately.
