I came to this bank because my friend recommended it and I’m so glad I did! They treat me like family and they understand how a college kids bank account can be in the negative for a while. They are easy to talk to. They’ll always try to work with me. I recommend them to everyone who asks!
I have been a customer of WSB in Laramie for more than 10 years (since it first opened and was called Wyoming State Bank), and the staff and service are consistently amazing! I have a feeling not many people can say they love their bank, but I can!
If I could give them no stars I would. I went there at 4pm to open a business account and the lady wanted me to come back next week. Granted it was Friday but what is it with nobody wanting to work in this town. If you dont want to work find another job. Sorry but my business will NOT be doing business with this bank
Terrible customer care, had to wait 15 minutes on hold just to get my account balance, will be changing to a local bank. Suggest posting branch phone number and having a human answer the phone.
We have dealt with this bank for over 16 years and have always been satisfied with the services provided. We’ve had two mortgages with them. The most recent was handled by Ms. Carolyn Mountain, Loveland office. To say she was incredible to work with would be an understatement. She’s involved 100% with getting the loans approved and funded! If EVER you or a friend need banking services, most especially mortgage loan services, secure an appointment with Carolyn and leave all your worries at home. Yup. She’s that good!
