Friendly service. Tried to explain the procedure of appraisal.Sold some gold there. After 1 hour of pricing my jewelry, they lowered the prices on me for two pieces. Then the salesman tried to guilt trip me by saying an extra $45 was going to come out of his salary. Even though he had to get approval from the owner, which he did.
This is the best cash America. I’ve been coming there Since I was 18 years old.
Good customer service. Polite, friendly, and attentive. And kid friendly!! I say these cause some places don’t understand that sometimes as parents or establishments there will be children there sometimes. So they should be kid friendly they are polite to my 5 yr old autistic son every time we go. And I say these cause he is difficult to convince to go to places. But he actually doesn’t mind me shopping here. We buy stuff here a bit often. Keep up the good work. Have also pawn items here good deals.
