Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever have to deal with. What kind of bank closes at 4 PM? And are closed both Saturday and Sunday? The ATM in front of your store doesn’t work. The ATMs on the side do not accept deposits. As a business owner, this is the worst bank one can do business with. If you’re going to close early and change your hours, how about you update your information online.
Really poor customer service, they have lines going all the way to door, people walk out due to long waits in line. Teller complaining to the customer about the other customers very unprofessional. Just sad of the service.
Second time I get in my car, drive to the bank and find that the drive thru is closed. Without any indication on the location website and the parking lot full of cars. Very slow moving service inside because you barely see people walking …
Severely understaffed. Especially on saturdays. Only 1-2 tellers open with huge lines
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I had an appointment but due to road construction I arrived 30 minutes late, which I understand of course I had to wait in line and yes I was checked in. But when u see employees leaving for the day and there is still customers waiting for someone to help them , like come on where the hell is the customer service at BOA??? Having your employees clock out when you still have customers sitting in the lobby I wait at lease 1 1/2 and nothing I ending up walking out I don’t have all day it’s not like the employees didn’t now we were there waiting .I’m so glad that for the most part everything is done through the app . The problem I needed resolved couldn’t be done through the app and I had to go in person. But now I understand why for the most part everything is done through the app cause there CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! If I could have put half a star I would have.
