    Experian charged me fraudulently, but instead of just disputing the one charge they decided to lock my card and now I have no way to pay for anything because of their incompetence
    Edit: almost a month later still no replacement card after they told me verbally that they sent it.

    The new app is horrible. There was a line at the ATM today because no one could access their money via the app OR on-line banking. I NEVER have had an issue with UFCU. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it !!!!

    They can’t take cash payment for an auto loan and than get upset when you’re late, they make it really difficult to work with. I would NOT recommend at all! I asked about doing bill pay and the lady said she don’t recommend because they usually lose the payments… like what?

    I purchased my car for around 18k with a loan

    4 years later I’ve payed over 23k and still owe them 11k

    RIDICULOUS!

    We are thrilled to have the opportunity to share with you the exceptional service that we experienced from Carissa McGaskey during our visit to the branch located on South Gulf Freeway, Saturday, April 27, 2024, that sets UFCU apart from the rest.

    My husband and I had the privilege of being assisted by Carissa who sincerely treated us as valued customers. Carissa went way above our expectations and ensured she not only to address our reason for being there, but also ensured all our banking needs were met. Carissa took the time out to explain a better checking account product that she thought may best fit our needs after my husband and I explained our dilemma and asked her a ton of questions.

    It is moments like these that truly exemplify the WOW factor. From our viewpoint as someone who also works in the banking industry, Clarissa clearly understands, in our opinion, that exceptional service isn’t just about meeting customer needs—it’s about exceeding them in ways that leave a lasting impression. Whether it’s taking the time to understand the customers unique financial goals, providing personalized advice, or ensuring a seamless banking experience, just as she did.
