I have never left a review before because I believe in being merciful to businesses and their employees. However my 10 plus years of Banking with JSC and now Wellby Banking has been nothing but inconsistent, outdated and non – communicative issue after issue. There is a reason that they have always been my secondary bank. I am currently closing every account with them. They should shut their operation down because banking isn’t something they do well. I’ve given them multiple chances thinking it would get better but it hasn’t. It’s obvious that they have invested in the front office but the systems and processes in the back office should be condemned.
Laura is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me out. She turned a stressful time into something that felt manageable and achievable. Thank you Laura for the amazing work you do. The league city Wellby branch has been great all around. Only place I’ll go to do my banking.
