5 Reviews on “The First National Bank of Livingston”
Fast, Friendly, Hometown feel, but professional & lots of services offered. I’ve used them since 2010 and never had an issue.
Honest and friendly banking. Employees that care and handle business quickly and efficiently. Best bank in Polk County, hands down!
If the hours say open at 7:30 am, then the doors should be open for entry. People are inside but all doors are locked.
This bank puts a daily limit on your debit cards, so it’s hard to make large purchases. No one is available on holidays or after business hours to if you need help with a card or to make a large purchase. My husband has had to have his debit card replaced 3 times in the past year or so due to a malfunctioning chip. I called and spoke with someone about an issue eleven days ago. The employee who answered the phone did not fix the issue, but eventually asked if I’d like a branch manager to give me call back and help. I gave her my phone number and, eleven days later, no one has called me. So I can understand the issues with the card chips, the unavailable hours, and the daily purchase limit being downsides of banking with a small-town bank. However, if they can’t even be bothered to call you back, then what are the benefits? I don’t recommend banking here.
Times of operation need to be changed, they’re not correct. I showed up at 7:30am expecting the bank to be opening like the listing said and the hours on the building say 9! Very frustrating for people trying to plan around a visit to the bank.
