I would like to say thank you to Virginia and Juliana for going above and beyond in customer service. I took my 79 year old neighbor to your shop to get her a purse and y’all assisted by taking the purses out to the vehicle while she sat there with her oxygen tank and allowed her to pick one out. You are more than appreciated by her as well as me.

They didn’t offer much, but they were polite and gave me the time of day to look at some stuff I brought in. Thanks y’all.
This place needs a lesson on customer service. My husband just walked in and went immediately to the area he needed help with. Multiple employees made eye contact while there was only one other customer inside, but they just stared at him and never greeted or attempted to help him. Waited at least five minutes and walked out without anyone ever saying a word to him since they obviously didn’t want his business. Even a hello would’ve been better than that. Seriously. You just lost a sale that would’ve covered the day’s labor costs.
No regard for the customer me and my wife where paying on an item and we got behind by a day or so and no one called us and when we called to take care of payment they said they put back out for sale very disappointed
