An IBC bank account wouldn’t cash my check because it was written out to my initials, and to add someone on my account it was a 15 dollar fee… So I went here, and it literally took 10 minutes to open a checking account, deposit the check IBC wouldn’t, and they don’t charge to add someone at any time… They were so helpful, and nice, and I had two younger kids with me and they were so kind to them. It was a very pleasant experience and Im now closing my IBC account.
Quick and friendly service
The branch in Lytle has no knowledge on how to handle an account closure when the account holders have passed away. Apparently none of their customers have ever died. Very poorly managed by Liz Resendez lacks professionalism and knowledge on simple compliance questions. I would give them a zero if it was option.
Today I opened a checking account. It was an A+++ experience from the moment I walked in. Diana was kind and quick to greet me. Abby was outstanding in her professionalism, as well as including me in congenial conversation, as we completed the new account. I left with everything I needed, including a debit card, checks and packaging for ALL my coins:) Thank you to the very friendly associate to assisted Abby! I will indeed share this establishment whenever possible.
Did I mention the gift I also was blessed with? A very.cool Bluetooth wireless portable speaker.
