Have banked with them since 1968 and have never had a problem with any aspect of my accounts or with getting good personal service.
Would recommend them to anyone who dosent want the big bank conglomerate experience, disrespect and overall dismal service the big banks are famous for.
The staff nice enough and tries to help, but totally let down by web access to an account there. I have been trying to log in ALL day with no luck – I cannot find out information about my own account! Forget transferring money to another bank. $30 fee for a stop payment request that I wasn’t told about. One let down after another with this bank. Limited business hours if you work 8-5. Find another bank that is more customer friendly. Join the 21st century please!
They help me when I most needed the help ,I recommend this bank to all my friends and family .
Will definitely close my accounts have been a member for over 20 years and they refuse to even do a courtesy refund for $5.00, that is ridiculous. Plus you ask for a supervisor,and they are too busy to speak to you. Accounts closed! Terrible bank, and their omline banking is even worse. hope this saves someone from losing their money from ridiculous fees, it’s 2024 people, go to a better bank stay away from this small state bank! Run!
Wish I could give 0 stars. This bank is absolutely horrible. Takes 30 minutes in the drive through and their customer service is disgusting. Ask them for their policy for what they charge, every time you walk in it will be at least 25 dollars. The sheet is double sided detailing everything you WILL be charged for. If you’re looking for a bank don’t waste your time and have anything to do with Lytle State Bank.
