Customer service is horrible unless you get crystal, if you get Naomi she is the worst..doesn’t know what she’s doing(she needs to be laid off… I called all day and kept going straight to voicemail.. arrived to them hiding in the back, phone ringing. Left everything open in the front area. I’m only giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star bc Crystal is amazing!! Literally Switching banks bc of Naomi @woodforest
