I love, love, love this branch!! The customer service is chefs kiss. The branch manager Maria is always willing to help and extremely kind! The retailers Destinee and Issac are my absolute fave. They are a breath of fresh air, knowledgeable, and they make your banking experience a pleasant one. They display teamwork openly and create a trust factor, which is important when choosing any bank. I am doing a business review for the very first time in my life . And I am happy and compelled to do so . I have been banking at Woodforest Bank ,Mansfield location for years , the staff at this location has always been extremely friendly and helpful. They have even made it a point to remember my name , making me feel very comfortable to bank there. I’d like to mention three staff members especially , Branch Mgr Maria Arterberry, and bankers Destinee Wilbert and Kenda Pyles. They are in the Neighborhood Walmart , even if I’m not banking they make it a point to to speak. I’ll always bank there because of there attention to not just myself but their customers in general . It’s nice there are still people that understand how much good customer service means !!
