Caution: Stay away from Cash Plus Pawn at all costs! I purchased a gun from them, only to discover it was defective. When I tried to return it, they callously offered me only half of what I paid, with the intention of reselling the faulty item at full price to someone else. To add insult to injury, they also gave me the wrong magazine with the gun. As if that wasn’t appalling enough, when I cleaned the gun, I found plastic on the inside that appeared to have been melted with a soldering iron in an attempt to hide the damage, jeopardizing the safety of the firearm. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and their shameless profiteering is despicable. Cash Plus Pawn’s unethical business practices and lack of integrity make them unworthy of anyone’s trust. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this deceitful establishment at all costs. Spread the word to others to prevent them from falling victim to the same mistreatment.

No wonder this place has horrible reviews. They suck. Like legitimately the worst pawn shop in the area. How do I know? Because I called multiple pawn shops in the area and they were all more than happy to help me over the phone but when I called this location they told me I had to go into the store if I wanted assistance. I’m calling to see if y’all have what I want and you can’t give me a simple yes or no answer? I spoke to two people one man that sounded like he was fresh off the boat and some other frigged sounding woman. Both said I had to go in store. They’re so dumb here they couldn’t even tell me if they had simple point and shoot cameras or if they were DSLR cameras. They’re “too busy” to help over the phon. How are you too busy if no one is going to this sad excuse of a pawn shop to buy anything? PLEASE stay away from them you might even become dumb like them if you walk in here and breathe in their air. Like genuinely they’re so dumb and they don’t even realize it.
Says they close at 9pm. Was rushing over to their location and decided to call ahead to let them know I was coming and in desperate need of gas money so I needed to pawn a couple things. The woman on the phone said no that they were closing up and walking out the door without a care in the world. Before closing hours? Thanks for making my life that much harder.
Staff is usually really awesome. I always recommend this place and even left the house today just to drive over and look at guns.
Today when I got there I was greeted by the tall grey haired man.. I walked over to the guns and stood there looking and wasn’t given the time of day. Another man walked up and was handed two or three guns to look at. I asked twice what the best deal they had on an AR was and was told, you just have to look through them. Couldn’t read the tags from the counter.. finally decided if I wanted to see a gun I needed to be more assertive so I asked about a particular AR and the guy came and picked it up, looked at it himself and set it back on the shelf….. Pocket full of money and made a special trip over there and decided to just walk out.
Just bought an AR22 there 3 weeks ago and today I guess I couldn’t even spend my money if I wanted to. Guy seemed real inconvenienced by customers…
