Came today with my husband to make a joint account. Jose Margo was very very friendly and informative. As an autistic person, I am usually overwhelmed and unable to make it through these sort of appointments, but the hospitality here was greatly appreciated.
Also was happy to see the lawful statement concerning service animals right on the front door, as seen in the photo. Because I utilize a service dog as medical equipment, this is reassuring to see, as not many establishments do so. Very happy to call Bank of America my new home bank!
Drive thru always closed its not fair for people who can’t get off an the lobby is always ful, and they always take super long. They only have like 3 people behind the counter helping customers
Drive thru service not available. When going inside, waited over 30 mins in line to do a simple withdrawal. Bank seems to be poorly managed and understaffed.
Opens at 10a to 4p. Closed weekends. Here at 10am and it took 30 minutes to get seen in the lobby. So busy and parking was a nightmare. Clearly BOA cares more about its profits than its customers.
This bank of America has multiple ATMs available so usually the waiting is not long. It’s convenient for me to use the the ATM so having multiple ATMs is a good factor for me . Parking is a challenge if you want to use the walk up ATM in front of the bank.
