I can’t wait to part ways with this bank. I’ve always liked the customer service, but the bank needs some BIGGGGGG time upgrading. One of the most irritating, frustrating, inconvenient issues I’ve always had with Falcon is the EXTREMELY limited features the atms have. Not being able to deposit seriously has brought me frustration every bank trip. I could never upload checks through the app. When checks are on hold they can take longer than expected to be approved; I’ve had to call in and ask what’s the hold up. The debit cards do not have tap. Ay no. And Saturdays only drive thru. SMH, what about the people that work m-f 8-5. I need to go inside to close my account. Thank you for your time Falcon. Goodbye.
I’m really grateful with Falcon International Bank for helping us during the longest government shutdown in history. They were very helpful in providing us with a very, very low interest loan to make ends meet while we were not getting paid. Thank You Falcon International Bank for your service.

Well they are great employee ssss but. Management needs to fix the phone system. That you call to find out your balance. Because it doesn’t work. And that is a technology problem..???? Makes the bank look. Bad….saturdays. It doesn’t work at all.is this by design??it use to work. But not no more..
