Closed my account without notice. Bank has the worse customer service. I banked for over 20 years and not once could I get a loan approval even though I maintained a good balance. Do not trust them at all, find a better bank that you can trust and work with cause IBC will not.

Terrible service with replacement debit cards. Spoke with a phone representative who said they would send me a new replacement debit card for free since I had lost mine but after they cancelled the current one they changed their story and said my only option was to go IN PERSON to the local branch. Once i got to the branch they wanted to charge me a $10 fee for a new card. I complained to one of the ladies about the terrible service on the phone and she said she would charge me the $10 and then submit a ticket so that it would be removed. Despite her being courteous it has been over a month and the charge has not been removed and now when I call to ask about it they act is if they know nothing about it. Will be closing my business account with these scam artists and going back to USAA.
This IBC Branch has no customer service at all. My wife and I have waited 20 minutes at times inside with no acknowledgement. Plus, the Drive Thru takes too long to get serviced. In Person Service should be faster nowadays because now there’s Online Banking/Weekend Banking not to mention all their Branches. This Branch really drops the ball. We just use it when we have to. We’re real close to taking our Banking elsewhere. 10th & Fern Branch
Worst customer service of all IBC banks. I don’t blame the tellers, I blame the manager for not staffing correctly. I let the first two poor performances past cuz something’s life goes bad but after multiple disappointments, I have to leave this.
