Literally the worst bank ever. They charge you for withdrawal slips which is already ridiculous. I went to close my account due to too many irrational fees I was being charged. They took a good $200 or more from me, just in fees, in a matter of a week or less. Before closing my account, they charged me $2.00 for withdrawal slips so that I can withdrawal what was left in my bank account before closing it, just to throw away the rest of the withdrawal slips. I can’t believe even right before I closed my account, they still charged me one last little fee. I am so glad to have experienced this with this bank that way I know to not ever come here again or to never recommend this bank to anyone.

This bank has the SLOWEST tellers I’ve ever seen at any bank. Do yourself a favor and visit a different branch. Believe me you’ll be better off driving to another branch and you’ll probably be done much faster.
This branch only will ALWAYS say my cash deposito are short. Somehow my deposits are always wrong only at this branch. Becareful
When I want to cash my check they just want to give me a portion of my check and the rest goes to deposit.. I’ve gone 2 times and they done the same to me. That’s why I preferred to go to another lone star bank location than this one.
