Had to solve an issue about my cards. They took care of me rather quickly and the staff was really polite and nice with me and my inquiry.
Has been my bank for 7 years. I’ve had a crazy life during that time, and even though I was abroad, they have always gone the extra mile to help me.
The phone app never works. It’s been months since they added vantaje bank and it doesn’t work. It’s an obsolete and old bank with useless technology from 30 years ago and they charge you for everything, I think, and I’d better stop using that bank since also when someone He’s going to deposit me, he can’t do it and that’s how I love it as a bank. The truth is that it doesn’t work for me since the money always has to be left in the mailbox at home. I don’t recommend it. It’s an old-fashioned bank with backward technology from 30 years ago.
This is not my bank & never will be. I just came to cash a check. Most banks do that free but not here. There’s a $7 fee, I should have just deposit it into my own bank.
