Customer service needs a lot of improvement. When asking a question, they won’t let you complete what you are asking about before telling you no. Branch bank president, reached out to me and we were able to resolve the issues that were occurring. I am thankful that she reached out to find a solution.

Took $20 out of ATM. Was charged $4 fee. That’s 20%. That is horrible. Won’t be back.
