    2 minutes after 1, and they already closed, I was outside the door, they look at me and look somewhere else .. really?
    That’s why the business never grow, when the people that work there are too lazy and never wanna do a little more.
    Worst back ever.

    Worst customer service of all compass banks. The tellers take their sweet time, they don’t even greet customers. The line was of 13 people when I went and only 2 tellers. There is a reason why I never come to this branch I had to come because it was an emergency and I was here for about fourth five minutes for a simple transaction.employees don’t even apologize for wait times. This branch is ridiculous.and employee still give me a face when I ask what’s taking so long.

    I have been a customer at this BBVA Branch for about 10 years. When I have needed to come to the branch I have never had any issues whatsoever. The only thing that I do not like about this branch is their ATM. I rather use their ATM on Mayberry. Other than that, I have no complaints about this place.

    Why close the mayberry rd. drive thru ATM terminal, if the drive thru ATM at this bank doesn’t work properly!

    Worst bank ever experienced. They make Bank of America look customer-friendly.

    1st bad experience: promised a business loan for two months with all sorts of due diligence work. Informed that we wouldn’t be funded the day of closing!!! I don’t care if you don’t like the deal. I’ll go elsewhere. But don’t tell me we have a deal and then cancel at the very last minute. I lost $10,000 in down payment because of them.

    2nd bad experience: set up for their home lending team to give a presentation to my fellow real estate brokers at our monthly meeting. Guess what….yep, they cancelled the morning of the presentation date!!!!

    3rd bad experience: impossible to get anybody on the phone, even when you have a direct extension.

    Ridiculously bad company….it’s a marvel they’re even in business. If negligence, unprofessionalism and outright laziness is how you build a multi-national bank, I’m pretty sure I can do that. HOPE THEY FAIL.
