Just called for a simple check cashing question and the customer service rep “Antonio” asked me where I was calling from, so I said McAllen, so he said “let me transfer you to our Mcallen branch, which they never pick up the phone after 15 minutes of being transferred. Way to go Vantage Bank!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to the bank to place an order for checks, I walked into the bank, Teller informed me that checks would take a few weeks to arrive, I place the order, Order the checks, 45 days later the checks never arrived, I called the bank, and NO Body knows what happened! They didn’t even place the order, and nobody wants to take responsibility, they offered to place a new order and wait another several weeks. So if you go into this branch, take a filming crew with you so you can record all transactions.
