The information for authenticate is incorrect my phone number and my e-mail are not the same and can not update. Where can I update information when you have updated the processes without notification of change.
This bank is not to be trusted. I did go into withdrawal money for hay. I did have a couple drinks before. I fell with my leg giving out in the lobby with my granddaughter. I went in and took care of my business and the next thing I know when I walked out was being surrounded by cops. I will be transferring all my assets to another bank.
