*Update* When we were finally helped by the banker in the middle of helping us he picked up his cell phone, shook his head and started texting. We were literally in the middle of signing documents when he did this. This is a perfect example of how this Wells Fargo location treats it’s customers! Leaves them waiting and when they finally are getting help, the staff stops helping them to text*
Terrible customer service! Tried calling this location for a week and a half and they never answered the phone. Went in to change something on our account and was told by Chassidy, who said she was the branch manager, that they couldn’t help me because they didn’t have any open appointments for the next 13 days. When I told her I tried scheduling one but there seemed to be a glitch on the website so I tried calling for the last week and a half she told me they don’t answer the phones cause they’re too short staffed. She even went on to say she wasn’t suppose to be here today cause of an injury to her foot and they were just too busy to answer the phone. She told me to drive to another city and try there if I wanted help before the 25th. After I complained Chassidy said we could wait for a banker but she didn’t know if he could help us, so we’re sitting in the lobby now and there is no other customers in here except us and the two people with the banker. So why can’t the so called manager help us? There’s literally no other customers in here and she disappeared from the teller line pretty quick after the last customer left. A teller is literally standing at the the teller line with her hands folded staring at her computer. This isn’t the first time we’ve had terrible customer service at this location! This is literally the worst bank I have ever used! They give Wells Fargo a bad name!
Claudia Rodriguez is Awesome very Swift enlightening kind. And experienced in her products. She open my associates and my account in a matter hours that could of took all day especially for the types of services we where asking for I recommend her first she makes the Murphy branch Complete I just got introduced today I loved every moment thanks again Claudia !!
I always have problems at this Wells Fargo. They never answer the phones, so when I saw that the website said for the next several months they had no appointments, I was unable to confirm that. For over a week I attempted to call and no one picked up. Finally came in today to just try to be seen by a banker for the manager, Chasity, to say that they only had one banker and they were working on a skeleton crew.
I understand it being hard when you have only one banker, two tellers and the manager, but to tell customers they either have to wait two weeks for help or to drive to another city and refuse to answer the phone is unacceptable. We decided to sit down to wait for the banker. It took less than ten minutes, when the manager had insinuated that it could be hours, which she seemed to do because she made it very clear she didn’t want to help us. However, in the middle of helping us, Garrett stopped to send a text on his phone.
We also only had anyone’s name because we asked or it was on paperwork. No one had name tags on.
Slowest bank ever!! 5 people in line, 1 teller working out front, 2 standing in back pretending to help drive through customers. There is no one in the drive through.
Terrible customer service. There is no one to help you with your account unless you have an appointment which takes days to get. On top of that the way the employees speak to customers is rude and disrespectful. I will have to start going to another branch or maybe switch banks at this point.
