Let me just say, Yasmin, Victor, Ramiro, and the whole Arlington Gold and Silver staff are the pinnacle of excellence. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and an overall joy to converse with. I came in with 3 pieces that needed some real work and they surpassed every expectation. I brought my items in Saturday, Memorial Day weekend, and was surprised at the expediency with which they handled the repairs. They may or may not have talked me into a new ring but the price was right and my overall experience has been phenomenal! Thank you, to everyone at Arlington Gold and Silver! I will definitely be back for my future jewelry needs!
My experience selling my gold at this location has been the best in terms of getting the best value. I’ve called other stores in the DFW with reviews that claim they give you the best pricing, but would offer me anywhere from 80% – 85% of the spot price. I understand they have to make some profit to selling it themselves, but the price was just too low. This place was able to get 95% of the spot price, by far the best prices and the people were friendly. I would do my own research and call around to ask what other of these so called “best prices to sell” places offer and go with the better one. If I have any other gold to buy or sell, I will definitely be returning to this place.
This shop always has reasonable and fair prices for some of the most classic & unique jewelry. I have had my wedding ring and mother’s ring serviced here and was very pleased with the results. I have even purchased some retro gold shrimp earrings here that were perfect for my needs. Every time I’m there, Yasmin has been very pleasant and provided attentive customer service. I love this place!
