Had a Citibank account. Transferred to BB&T. They didn’t transfer all my accounts, and couldn’t even find a phone number of someone that could. Promised no fees then they charged fees. Called customer service, who said sorry it’s standard practice. Tried to explain it to a banker who said they would look into it, but didnt. Had to go to 3 branches to find someone that could do a cashiers check. Then when I was closing my accounts they wanted to look into the matters… too late.

I wasn’t too fond of this bank to begin with but with the customer service we’ve received over the last couple of months I have to say I’m completely satisfied. Shountae and Erika have been absolutely phenomenal and deserve a raise. They are both so friendly and so helpful.

Mike Lee as new manager provides perhaps the best banking experience I’ve ever had. He has immense knowledge and gets things done, but remembers you as a person and takes an active interest in your life.

I actually followed Mike from a different location to this branch, because of Mike. No matter what he’s doing, he will take at least a moment, say hi, and make sure you feel welcomed, acknowledged, and taken care of.

Please be careful if you have account with TRUIST, they steal your money!

Truist Bank charged me “Maintenance Fee” $30 per month for total 11 months without notifying me or letting me know, when I ask for refund, they only refund me $75, but it should be $330.

I was with them on the phone for 1 hour, and went to their local branch, they only refund me $75.

Be careful if you have account with them, they will steal your money.

This company is an absolute joke. I paid my monthly balance early. They still went and took an additional payment. Then the rude rep on the phone tells me I’ll get a check in the mail in about 2wks. I said that’s unacceptable it should be quicker process. I call my bank wells Fargo and they get my money back in 2 days. Truist 15 days letter and a bunch of now past due fee letters in the mail refund my money. I call them to try and straighten this out seeing what happened and discuss this new late fee and they say we don’t waive fees. Also have a debt collector calling me. I’ve reached out to them multiple times trying to resolve this issue and pay what’s do and truist doesn’t seem to want to communicate or work the situation. Do not pay your bill early and def do not anticipate any type of good customer service.
