This bank has good customer service, but needs 24 hour support for customers. USAA is the best bank out of all in the country
What kind of bank don’t have some kind of 24hour customer support …… bank is open but only through drive thru and lobby and phones are shut off…… wife is out of state and is locked out of online access ….. pulling my money out first thing Monday morning …… UNBELIEVABLE
