Friendly and fast service
Wanted to update my review. At the beginning I had some issues but now it’s been a great experiences. Even though I moved to San Antonio I still deal with the Pleasanton branch just because they have been great. Especially Lisa. Any time I have a issue she’s a call away.
Just opened my account less then a week ago and have dealt with nothing but issues. Please train your employees to explain everything to customers. Had to fight for a hour at a different location to get my mobile deposit funds cause new customers aren’t supposed to have mobile deposit but I wasn’t told this and the app let me complete a mobile deposit.
