Customer service is non-existent. Wrong personnel especially the bank manager. Son tried to open an additional business account through the bank manager of PNC, Plano Rd at Campbell. This guy was a know it all except for the fact he didn’t know when to shut up and listen. Quin Carter you could have and should have extended an effort to do your job, not arrogantly and rudely bark out reasons why you couldn’t help an existing customer. After reading other reviews, poor customer service seems to be PNC’s reputation in the banking industry. Funny thing about these people is upper management doesn’t follow up complaints to determine if the customer was ever satisfied. In my case, they merely had the same bank branch manager call me and leave a recorded message to return his call. That was the same effort their bank branch manager had already given. No wonder PNC is a joke when it comes to customer service. Now why would I want to talk again to the same arrogant rude Mr Know It All bank branch manager? PNC Upper management surely doesn’t care about their customers. It’s obvious. So find a bank or credit union like Federal Navy Credit Union, someone who is friendly and helpful.

DO NOT BANK WITH BBVA COMPASS. They will not process my rent check and they will not give me a reason. I have talked with many different customer service people and even the branch manager. Now I am late and my landlord is charging me for …

They have continuously messed up our mortgage payments and they are impossible to get on the phone to fix it. I called AGAIN today and was disconnected 3 times. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was disconnected after 30 minutes of no one being able to figure out why the amount was incorrect. They will not give you a phone number to be able to call any department directly even after being specifically asked. If you can avoid doing business with them, DO.

Worst bank and customer service ever. These fools charged me 38 dollars for a $3 overdraft. It had to do with a gas charge I forgot but they never posted the $1 like my other cards so I assumed the gas charge had already went through. Noticed Monday before the overdraft was charged and went and deposited cash to make it positive the same day. Next day they still charged the fee. Called customer service to see if they can reverse, they were very rude and unbeknown to me they transferred me to someone at the bank where I made the deposit to speak with someone there even though they weren’t open yet. This was after I was disconnected from customer service 2 times that morning. Sent an email dispute through the bank app and they just ignored it. 2nd time I’ve sent an email and they ignored it as I have sent others and they replied. Yes and they will rearrange your transactions to make sure u get hit with the most charges. Worst bank ever. I just moved to Tx a last year and this bank was close to my job and one by my home. I should have done my homework on this bank. They don’t have horrible reviews everywhere on the internet for no reason. I have 2 other bank accounts and a savings elsewhere so i just switched my direct deposit and will close my account. That simple. They don’t deserve my business. I suggest ppl bank at their local credit union, chase or BOA. My other account won’t charge an overdraft is under $10 and the other one doesn’t charge if it’s under $5. Which is what a honest non greedy bank does.

Worst bank representative ever. Racial Discrimination. Went to open a new checking account and this lady told us to wait few minutes so we waited, eventually she was free and asked us to come over to her desk, she asked us what we needed, told her we wanted to open a new checking account, she said OK, then asked us what documents we had, we showed her my wife’s VISA (not US Citizen) and immediately she said “I can’t help you, that needs to be another person (pointing to the other representative), I have to go over there (pointing at some random place). Then she asked us in a very improper and rude way if we understood English, we answered yes, then she stood up and left us there in her desk without proper explanation. This is racial discrimination, she was available to open us a new checking account until she found we were not US Citizens and simply told us to go with someone else and disappeared.
