3 Reviews on “Capital Farm Credit”
This place cost me an extra month property tax, 50.00 in bank fees. Because of
Sloppy practices, won’t be referring anyone to them.
I don’t blame their client, just them.
Verry help full and allwas in good mood they make fill like family. Looking to working with them more in the future
We spent 3 weeks working with Joe Newcomb on getting a loan based on improved pasture we run cattle on as collateral for acquiring 7 acres with building to support our customer in the Rio Grande Valley. This business provides products & services to farming, ranching, irrigation districts, drainage districts, local governmental agencies and the construction markets. Joe provided my daughter a verbal “this is something we can rock and roll with” and a week later changed to a decline because I told him we intended to reduce the size of our cattle operation later this fall. We are in fact considering selling off 40 commercial mama cows and expanding our Brahma herd from 46 mama’s to 60. I asked Joe if Capital Farm Credit approved businesses such as crop dusting, he said he has financed planes…..for a lender that claims to support the agriculture industry/markets, I find conducting business in this manner disturbing at best.
