Customer service people are wonderful. Using their mobile app is terrible. You follow the instructions center the check it takes a picture. Should be easy right? No. I have an Apple phone that is updated I have perfect service so there’s no issues with my phone. I have refreshed rebooted taken off the app the entire banking app and put it back on again. Perhaps they should spend some money and consult other banks on their applications. This mobile device app is only about 75% useful. Extremely frustrating when I’m trying to deposit a check or money order and it keeps on telling me over and over again, wrong amount system error recheck refresh your system . Once again I’d like to state customer service is fantastic, Mobile app absolutely sucks .🙄🤬 oh and taking it on dark surfaces doesn’t work very well, I have taken it on white paper as a backdrop and it works so that blows the theory of taking the picture on a dark area.
I love the Rock Spings branch, especially Amy she is fantastic. But I called in this morning and it connected me to a Cheyenne line. A woman with a British accent answered. I had some questions about a fee. She kept using terms that’s confusing to the consumer. I don’t know what NSF means or ACH or any of her institution abbreviations. I kept trying to explain myself. And she kept repeating herself getting more annoyed with every sentence, never answering the questions I had. She then later hung up. No have a good day no n good bye, nothing. Just hung up. She was very inconsiderate and abrupt. Everyone at Meridian is wonderful and professional, except that woman.
Primarily really wonderful customer service at branch, esp. Jade. ATM painfully slow and often not working for deposits. Over-vigilant fraud center – stop access on card too often for no reason which is clearly annoying and embarrassing when shopping or bill paying.
Spend several thousand dollars to transfer our bank account and loans over to them then in the middle of the process after we did our end they call us and tell us we have to spend several thousand dollars more AND the terms of the loans will be decreased. Thought this bank was great, turns out they are the dirtiest one I’ve encountered in town. Thanks for helping us unnecessarily spend thousands of dollars just for you to demand more money and fall back on an agreement. Absolutely ridiculous.
This place is awful. Financed a truck with them for 5 years, traded in the vehicle and the bank continued to withdraw payments for 2 months after. Trying to get our money back but absolutely nobody is helpful in resolving the matter. We were told to resolve the problem on our own by registering for an online banking account to transfer the payments back to the account they withdrew from… Come to find out, we can’t register online without a member ID, called to get a member ID and received an incorrect # from 3 different people. Complete joke. Stay far away from this institution.
