I moved here last Year and received the very best service from Laura the teller and all went swiftly and she still treats me like a friend every time I go in . Thank you Laura for always helping me thru things.
Less than a 1 star would be more acceptable. Attempting to pay off a business line of credit, talk with a teller on Friday and she tells me that I may not be able to pay it off same day if I just bring a business check as they would hold it for at least one day. So I bring a cashier’s check from another institution, you know certified funds. The teller deposits it into the business account and it’s sill being held. Absolutely stellar, get to pay at least one more day of interest. Now you might say I could have brought cash, and yes I could have and then paid the service fees for them to process the cash… Needless to say I am not impressed and never really have been due to the big bank mentality of US Bank. Might be that I made it clear I wanted to close my accounts and why should they be helpful, but seriously you give me the run around and then ask me why I want to close my accounts!?
Needless to say, do yourself a favor and steer clear of the big banks and opt for a locally owned one like RSNB or a credit union.
Superb customer service by manager beth!!! She’s the kind of manager every establishment should have. I’m from Kansas and needed to utilize this branch and she made sure I was taken care of!
The customer service is absolutely horrible!! The workers there are VERY unprofessional.
The last time I was there, the teller took my credit card payment, credited the wrong amount, acted like it was a huge inconvenience to count her drawer to see if she was over. Then she took a huge business deposit before counting so I had to wait even longer. I have one credit card with them. And this isn’t a coviid related issue. They’ve always been painfully slow.
