The guys that work at the front counter of this place are awesome! I’ve always had a great experience with them and they are super hospitable!
However, the owner is an absolute prick (to be blunt about it) Dude wouldn’t even get off the phone to speak to me pretty much waved his hand said “not interested” and walked back into his office. It left me and his two employees speechless for about 30 seconds before they tried to clean up his rudeness, and have a conversation with me.
I’m really not one to leave bad reviews, but today left a really bad taste in my mouth. I actually liked this place but after today I won’t be back.

I was in the market to invest in precious metals. After several attempts at other place I had no luck in even speaking to anyone. I stopped in and met Lloyd and explained to him what I was interested in. He introduced me to Lady Liberty and others and we were on our way with him explaining to me in detail how he can help! Go see Lloyd! Very attentive and prompt!
yeah, if i could give this place zero stars I would. owner is a snob who sits in the back and doesn’t give you a hint of acknowledgment and treats his employees terribly.

I needed a local FFL to do a transfer and found these guys on the internet. My time in the store was brief, but I was very pleased with how things went.
Both of the employees I met were friendly and professional. Our business was handled in a quick and efficient manner. They reviewed my paperwork and were careful to get everything right. We also had a nice conversation while I waited for the NICS.
Their fee was $10, and I happily paid it. I will do business with them again. 100%
