Do not buy from this store!
I was sold a macbook air from this store that was password locked…by Cash America…and not only did no one check before I left to make sure passwords were removed, but not a single person working there knew what the password was. Their solution was to wait for their guy to come in and jail break it- this guy who supposedly works for them…who no one could tell me when he would be working- just “sometime this week”…. what??
After waiting around for the staff to try every single random password they knew, I decided to trade it for a different machine. The assistant manager did very little to help, and he was the one that let me walk out with the password protected laptop. He was only going to give me $10 off the alternative computer – which was a slap in the face after 2 trips and phone calls up there trying to figure out the password issue. THEN, the computer I chose I get home will not charge. Me thinking there is something wrong with the charger I went and bought a new charger- didn’t work. I am now going to have to take the computer to a computer repair shop and pay to have someone fix it- AVOID THIS STORE at all costs, unless you want to buy something that is broken and doesn’t work….The staff knows NOTHING about the items they are buying and selling, even down to not checking to make sure it actually works, or resetting everything to make sure it is ready to go for the new user. AVOID and save your money….
I like a few of the staff, however, I bought an optic there, brand new in box, not a pawn, got it home and found it did not work for my firearm, brought it back less than 24 hours later, they said they couldn’t do anything but buy it back, for more than $100 less than what I had just paid the day before. I really had no choice but to accept it, as it was completely useless to me, I ended up putting that money down on a rifle they had in stock, as the days went by and the more I thought about it, the angrier I became, that was a total rip off, they put it back in the shelf and sold it as new again. I’ve spend a lot of money there, I always had something on layaway, never missed a payment and always stayed ahead, as a collector, as soon as I pay one off, I put money down on the next one. Unfortunately, that hundred dollars cost them the thousands I would spent over time. I will never step foot in there again, or any other cash America, they can keep the money I put down on the other rifle. I wouldn’t give them another penny. Please stay away from this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I was standing at the door of this facility he looked at me and locked the door got back to the register before 6 pm on a Saturday and still told me he couldn’t open the door I’ve bought a ps5 from this location and the controller had a drift on the joystick. I’ve also bought a laptop and heater from this store after I buy this last item from this store it has lost my business
I’ve sold countless items to this pawn shop and I have never been disappointed . I visit the other pawn shops initially to see what they offer, and then I come here. They always offer me a better deal without fail. I’ve never had a rude person in there either. They’re always friendly and helpful .
Very sad got an iPad it didn’t work and they won’t even help you or refund your money the manger is a prick don’t go here they will rob you will never give my money to you again lol
