Cristian is great always helpful along with another guy who’s great however I had an issue with another employee mistakenly placed My $ in savings instead of checking when I noticed online a day later I had overdraft fees The thin dark complected teller At first said she could help I told her unlikely she responded with “we’re all the same!” Only to be told by her only The manager could. She told me go to another branch another manager could help I told her it happened At this location she said didn’t matter today I was depositing cash only had $3 in quarters to use a coin machine that this location doesn’t have. Ashley from the culebra branch fixed My issue told me that branch should have assisted me I never have a problem with the culebra branch accepting little change All in quarters without telling me to use the coin machine that is available there. She’s lazy and unhelpful when I also told her that it was a New employee who made the mistake she Said he’s not new he’s been here. And as well was trying to tell me I was only getting reimbursed for just one overdraft fee which Ashley proved wrong! I don’t know what her problem is she’s rude and lazy
Employees lack training on basic programs such as CD. Even when speaking with the branch manager he lack knowledge and was very comfortable giving incorrect information. I ended up calling the customer service line to speak to someone about transferring out my CD. Not a great bank to bank with.

I have noticed that I receive better service from the teller’s here then I do over at El Super Mercado HEB. Highly recommend this location the teller’s here are polite and get my transactions done quickly and properly without delay.
Went to the one inside HEB and explained a problem we had..30 mins later and several employees later no one could figure out how to resolve my problem. We left and I told my son ” let’s go where there are older adults, and not these millennial employees”…arrived at Wal-Mart, explained the situation and it was resolved in 2 mins flat.
