Great environment as soon as you walk into the downtown branch. All of the employees are always very courteous and very welcoming and the branch manager always goes above and beyond.
Horrible service. These people don’t care to help you. Will place you on hold for 20+ minutes and all for nothing.
I’ve been a customer with Comerica for about 3 years. I went in today because I needed help figuring out the changes going on in my account because it just so new, so I needed explaining. long story short, was “helped” by some guy name PEDRO SILVA, his card has a different location and I can see why they didn’t want him at that location. he is rude, selfish, and his emotion really get the best of him because ” he is the manager” as he repeated himself several times like if he is the only one who can help me. I closed my 7 accounts same day, I will never bank here again. I don’t deal with managers with attitude. So whoever thinking of going to this place, DONT!!!!. fees are insane and they can’t explain why. instead go to BBVA Compass Downtown SA. 660 N Main San Antonio, TX 78206 , they are really nice here and no fees 🙂 was helped quick and easy but do not come to this Comerica location, save yourself the trouble and stress. and Comerica please upgrade your management because Pedro Silva is not it! ZERO STARS, DO NOT RECOMMEND

This bank is not blue collar friendly at all terrible customer service never available when you need them try to call they customer service regarding your account number and routing number and they hang up call m-f 8am to 5pm I can’t leave work to go get it and can only be done in person consistently trying to get you try invest in their cd accounts lol absolutely not with the way this bank is take your money elsewhere all they are good for is taking your money on time every time every month
