Still sitting here 2 hours later waiting to do 1 transfer. Recommend any other location or bank. Maybe if they didn’t spend so much on huge ad campaigns they could pay more employees.
The drive through service wait is long even when there is a short line. The fact that you have to wait for them to address you before they will even send you the canister is just adding to the unnecessary wait time.
This branch is despicable. My husband got a new job and they are still setting up direct deposit. So his first payday he got a physical check. My husband used the app to deposit it on Friday. My husband needed a new debit card as the chip on the old one was worn out. He went to this branch on Saturday to get a new card. He didn’t want to get a new one online as he would have to wait for it to be mailed. He got there and a lady asked him what he needed. In the middle of explaining what he was there for she interrupted him to tell him that he can order a new card online. He tried telling her why he didn’t want to do that but she very rudely interrupted him again by saying, “if you let me finish.”In a condescending tone. Then she explained that it will be mailed to him, which he already knew and knew he didn’t want to wait for snail mail for his new card. After obtaining a new card, my husband wanted to ask about the check policy and see if his money would be available any sooner. The only one that could help with this was the rude lady apparently. She talked down to him for this entire encounter. She simply said she would not approve the funds. My husband was confused by this statement and asked, “you won’t approve my funds or navy federal won’t approve it?” She responded with, “both.” She then told him that he, “couldn’t even sign the check right.” Again he was confused. He endorsed the check like any other check. He didn’t understand what was wrong. She said, “you need to write for deposit. It says it right there in the app. Can’t you read?” Which granted he didn’t write that, but she still should never treat customers like that. It wasn’t like my husband was rude or demanding. He was just curious because he hadn’t used the app deposit system before. He was livid. He came home wanting to close his account. He called the customer service line to get the actual answers he needed about the whole check process policy. Very unprofessional people. They need to be taken away from customer service because they have nasty attitudes and severe disrespect for customers. Someone needs to go back to class and learn how to speak to people.
Though parking can be a problem at times. Their service is always above & beyond in excellence. You are always greeted upon entering. And treated as a valued member. The interior is always clean and properly lit. With a good amount of seating to be waited on. I always choose to go in for my service needs and be greeted with smiles each time.
Today, I came through the drive-thru for a deposit and had my dogs with me. Well, one baby puppy and one older pup. There was a young man working the three drive-thrus by himself and I was worried my dogs would be too much for the his super busy day, but sent my deposit and cards up the tube anyways. I didn’t get his name but I want to thank him for his kindness towards me and my pups today! After he verified the deposit and asked if there was anything else I needed I thanked him for his help and said that the deposit was all, he said to have a great day, smiled at me and the screen cut off and his face disappeared. I then heard the vacuum sound for the tube and it appeared with my cards that were sent up, my receipt, and two milk bones for my pups. He truly made my day and gave dog treats to my pups and I didn’t get the chance to thank him for that little piece of kindness. This is why I bank here!
