Great service. Amazing staff. Management is on their game. Definitely will keep me as a customer.
We went into the store ready to look at jewelry. Ruby went behind the jewelry counter and in the middle of a conversation, she started to talk to a woman (a friend) that walked in the door(laughing and discussing non work topics). She left my husband’s ID on top of the jewelry counter while walking off in front of other customers(could have easily been stolen). After she was done ignoring us and communicating with her friend. We asked about a ring, as the phone was going off. She walked away, answered her PERSONAL phone and went to the back. Leaving us in the front by ourselves and my husband’s ID on the other side of the counter in front of another customer 15ft away.
